Raymond Construction breaks ground on two office and warehouse facilities in Allen
June 26, 2020 – Raymond Construction participated in the groundbreaking ceremony at Prestige Circle in Allen, Texas. In 2019 Brass Roots Technologies partnered with Gillett Commercial to construct two new buildings on 3 acres simultaneously. The new Brass Roots Technologies headquarters will be an approximately 15,000 square foot facility, which will double its current workspace to include a lobby, offices, lab, warehouse, and machine shop space. Gillett Commercial will occupy the second building, which consists of approximately 28,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
The additional partners involved in this project are Raymond Construction, American National Bank, Valliance Bank, and the Allen Economic Development Corporation. “We are excited to partner with Brass Roots Technologies and their team to deliver their new headquarters building. This is an exciting time of growth for Brass Roots Technologies!” says Charles Raymond, CEO of Raymond Construction. The architect on the project is NCA Partners. The scheduled completion date for this building is January 2021 with move-in to commence immediately thereafter.
