ACIS is the first of two new corporate headquarters moving to Allen in the near future. This relocation further solidifies Allen’s growing reputation as a hub for technology and innovation. ACIS has signed a 12-year lease for a 33,000-square- foot space at 121 Tech Park and will house over 150 office and field employees. “We saw an opportunity to establish our headquarters in a prestigious location at the intersection of SH 121 and US 75,” said Kyle Beste, CEO of ACIS. “Allen is a community with a thriving business environment that will foster innovation to support our long-term vision, making it the ideal place for us to continue delivering best-in-class services to our customers.”   ACIS’s expansion is part of a broader trend of technology-flex companies moving to Allen to take advantage of the city’s central location and robust infrastructure. “Allen continues to attract the headquarters of forward-thinking companies that want a central  location and access to a skilled workforce,” said Daniel Bowman, President of AEDC. “ACIS chose Allen because of our reputation as a hub for innovation and our commitment to support their future growth.” [121 Tech Park](https://stillwatercap.com/properties/121-technology-park/), situated near US 75 and State Highway 121, offers Class A flexible office, industrial and technology space, with the first phase consisting of four buildings totaling 340,000 square feet. A planned second phase will add up to four additional buildings, bringing the total to approximately 740,000 square feet. The development provides companies with convenient access to Dallas and surrounding business hubs. ACIS anticipates moving into its new headquarters in Q3 2025, further strengthening Allen’s  position as a premier destination for companies seeking innovative, adaptable workspaces in North Texas.
