and industrial services has officially relocated its corporate headquarters to Allen, TX. ACIS is the first of two new corporate headquarters moving to Allen in the near future.
This relocation further solidifies Allen’s growing reputation as a hub for technology and innovation. ACIS has signed a 12-year lease for a 33,000-square- foot space at 121 Tech Park and will house over 150 office and field employees.

121 Tech Park, situated near US 75 and State Highway 121, offers Class A flexible office, industrial and technology space, with the first phase consisting of four buildings totaling 340,000 square feet. A planned second phase will add up to four additional buildings, bringing the total to approximately 740,000 square feet. The development provides companies with convenient access to Dallas and surrounding business hubs.
ACIS anticipates moving into its new headquarters in Q3 2025, further strengthening Allen’s
position as a premier destination for companies seeking innovative, adaptable workspaces in North Texas.
