FarmWorks One is a 102,000 SF Class A office building featuring private balconies, an outdoor patio area and work/play outside plaza areas. A three story atrium lobby greets tenant and visitors who will also enjoy an on site fitness facility. FarmWorks One is located in The Farm in Allen, which upon completion, is planned to have 1.6 million square feet of office space, 142,000 square feet of retail, a 150-key hotel, 60,000 square feet of restaurants, active adult senior housing, 112 townhomes and 2,400 urban residential units. The development will also embrace the property’s natural beauty with a 1.5-acre lake, boardwalk restaurants, more than 2.5 miles of hike and bike trails, a 16-acre greenbelt along Watters Creek and numerous parks throughout the project. “Nothing better than having Fibergrate, a Texas based company with a long successful history, as our first office tenant at The Farm”, said Bruce Heller, President of JaRyCo Development LLC, the developer of FarmWorks One and The Farm in Allen.

The development of The Farm and FarmWorks One has benefitted from a great working relationship between JaRyCo Development, the Johnson family (original owners of the land at The Farm), the City of Allen and the Allen Economic Development Corporation. “FarmWorks One is the first Class A office building on SH 121 in Allen, surrounded by numerous entertainment venues,” said Dan Bowman, executive director of Allen Economic Development Corporation. “Securing Fibergate as the anchor tenant underscores the strong interest tenants have in coming to Allen.”

Newmark brokers Nathan Durham and Duane Hendley are the exclusive leasing agents for FarmWorks One and office related projects at The Farm. Fibergrate was represented by Mac Morse, Jakey Younger and Scott Morse with Citadel Partners.
