One of the buildings will house a U.S. headquarters for Omnilife, a Mexico-based nutritional products and supplement firm. “We are building them a 90,000 square-foot building,” said developer Randy Heady. “And they are going to own the building.”   The company plans to house as many as 100 workers in the office and showroom building, with construction starting after the first of the year. The building will take less than a year to complete. “We’ve been working on this deal for more than a year and a half,” said Heady Investments’ Sayres Heady. “There is a lack of product out there right now — certainly no high-quality product like this.”   Heady Investment still has half of the Prodigy Park property fronting on S.H. 121, which can be used for a second building.
