November 29, 2022 - The Allen Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) announced today that Pushpay, the leading payments and engagement solutions provider for faith-based and non-profit sectors, has signed a lease at One Bethany West as they look to expand their presence in North Texas.

Pushpay will occupy 10,000 SF of office space in the 17-acre Watters Creek campus, which will be accessible to its employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth area—many of which include associates from its subsidiary, Resi Media.

“Pushpay and Resi are the perfect addition to the growing roster of tech-focused companies in Allen,“ said David Ellis, Allen Economic Development Corporation Assistant Director. “Our highly-skilled workforce, established and dependable infrastructure, and good quality of life all provide companies with the type of amenities that employers are eager to surround themselves with.”

Pushpay, headquartered in Redmond, WA, has roughly 60 employees in the Dallas metro area, including many from Resi Media, a livestream company they acquired in 2021. Pushpay delivers technology solutions to help churches and non-profits increase generosity, streamline ministry management and engage with their community. They primarily serve the faith market, making Allen an appealing office hub due to its proximity to many of their customers and industry partners.

“Allen, Texas offered the right location to support our future growth initiatives and provides employees in the area a higher-quality office space,” said Molly Matthews, Pushpay CEO. “Direct access to shopping and dining, and the central location within the Dallas Metroplex, make this a vibrant location for our team as we continue to expand.”

One Bethany West is within walking distance of the Watters Creek Convention Center and Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel. The property is located across from Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a resort-style, mixed-use development on 52 acres which has over 50 shops and restaurants.

New commercial projects supported by AEDC this past year includes the Allen Tech Hub, a 105,000 SF Class A office building in the Watters Creek District opening in 2022, and The Farm in Allen, which recently broke ground on the first phase of the development. The HUB, an open-air, family friendly entertainment venue with extensive dining options, live music, televised sports watch parties and outdoor movies located within The Farm, is now open.

In total, Allen has more than nine million square feet of Class A office space planned within four different mixed-use projects.
