July 15, 2025 - FarmWorks One is now 50% leased only six months after opening. Two companies have recently signed office leases at FarmWorks One, the class A, 100,000 SF office building located at The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed-use development along the SH 121 corridor. Moss, a construction management firm headquartered in Florida, will occupy just over 25,000 square-feet on the second floor.

“As our DFW operations grow, we’re excited to make FarmWorks One our new home,” said Jim Cuddihee, Senior Vice President with Moss. “The new space allows us to design and build an environment that reflects our culture and supports our expanding team. We look forward to being an active participant in the Allen community.”

MKA International, a California based construction consulting firm, has leased over 10,000 square-feet on the first floor of FarmWorks One. “We are always looking at areas where business and networking will continue to grow and our next generation of leadership can work, relax and entertain all within steps of great restaurants and activities,” indicated Kevin McMahon, Vice President at MKA International. “FarmWorks One is on the forefront of growth for the Allen community. We look forward to this new chapter and the opportunities our expanded space will offer.”

Moss and MKA International will join Fibergrate Composite Structures Inc, the initial tenant at FarmWorks One who moved into the project last spring. In addition to the office leasing, there are many exciting developments happening at The Farm. Chicken N Pickle recently opened, the Magnolia urban residential project is quickly filling, a Hilton brand hotel is in design and all of the townhomes will be completed this year. With leasing momentum continuing to build, The Farm in Allen is poised to become a hub for innovation and commerce in North Texas. As more companies seek thoughtfully designed workspaces in vibrant, connected communities, Allen has become a standout destination in North Texas for business relocation and expansion.

“We are proud to support and attract forward-thinking companies that contribute to our community's growth and success,” said Dan Bowman, President of Allen EDC. “These new tenants will not only enhance our local economy but also underscore Allen's position as a premier business destination.”

“We have worked hard for many years to create a unique environment at The Farm,” said Bruce Heller, President of JaRyCo Development, the master developer of The Farm. “It makes you feel like it was all worth it when you see great companies like Moss, Fibergrate and MKA International all wanting to join us here at FarmWorks One.”

The Farm is being developed by JaRyCo, an Allen-based commercial real estate company that broke ground on the project in 2021. The property was originally farmland purchased by the Johnson family over 60 years ago. The Farm has quickly gained popularity for its open spaces, walkable layout, and proximity to dining and entertainment. At full buildout, The Farm will offer a million square feet of office space, alongside retail, hotels, recreation, entertainment, restaurants, town home, urban residential and senior living facilities.
